- The timely execution of the works provided for by the ministries (Boiler-burner maintenance – Disinfections, etc.)
- The notification of technicians for repair of failures of common use machines.
- Any work that will aim at the normal operation of the building by order of the co-owners.
- The communication with the co-owners of the apartment building, in order to inform us about any emergency that arises in the apartment building (damage to the radiator or elevator, emergent damage to common areas, etc.)
- Maintenance of an income and expense fund of each apartment building that will be anytime at the disposal of each owner and tenant for inspection.
- Issue of shared expenses with the most reliable system we use and with the most detailed program for autonomous heating, indicating in each notice the previous and the new version of the heating autonomy meter.
- Legal support
- In an apartment building various problems can disrupt the tenants’ relationship with each other.
- Our company is by your side at all times for issues related to: shared expenses’ debts, violations of terms of the apartment building regulations, etc. and provides you with legal support. In difficult cases of debtors, our legal service will follow a process of claiming and collecting the debts by out-of-court and judicial means as well.
